Detailer

Reports to: Sales Manager and General Manager

Primary responsibilities:

The Detailer is expected to:

• Seek ways to exceed the expectations of employees and customers
• Detail new/used cars at dealership high standards
• Be models of the dealership by maintaining legal, moral and ethical standards with all customers and employees
• Adhere to the core values by being trustworthy and helpful team player

Primary duties:

• Demonstrate professionalism and good attitude at all times
• Communicate and enforce dealership policies and procedures
• Able to prioritise tasks daily
• Complete all assigned tasks on a daily basis
• Adhere to all procedures of the detail process, including taking pictures that are to the highest GM standard
o Interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles which includes: washing and waxing the exterior, buffing wheels and dress tires, vacuuming and shampooing interior, detailing interior components, and cleaning windows and glass.
o Apply paint, fabric and vinyl protectant.
• Ad hoc other maintenance jobs assigned by sales manager and general manager

• Daily follow-up with Sales manager

Sales Consultant

Reports to: Sales Manager and General Manager

Primary responsibilities:

The Sales Consultant is expected to:

• Seek ways to exceed the expectations of employees and customers
• Sell new/used cars at dealership gross and volume standards
• Be models of the dealership by maintaining legal, moral and ethical standards with all customers and employees
• Adhere to the core values by being trustworthy and helpful team player

Primary duties:

• Demonstrate professionalism and good attitude at all times
• Communicate and enforce dealership policies and procedures
• Complete all assigned CRM tasks on a daily basis
• Adhere to all procedures of the sales process
• Maintain good notes in the CRM system – daily task
• Meet and greet guest within moments of arriving at the dealership
• Thrive to increase performance and maintain dealership standards with direction of the Sales Manager
• Continuous training, and develop and apply the knowledge of the most current products and new features and the most current programs GM has to offer.
• Daily follow-up with all sold and unsold customers
• Acquire proficiency of delivery of a vehicle
